Metro Taxis Trafford Limited will not accept responsibility for any bookings that have not been confirmed by them.
Where a vehicle type has been specified on your booking form, Metro Taxis Trafford Limited retains the right to provide a suitable alternative vehicle.
If the information in the form is insufficient or appears to be inaccurate 'Metro Taxis Trafford' reserves the right not to confirm the booking where the passenger is unknown to the company.
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any time is truthful and accurate. However, we assume no duty to update such information and we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free. We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed services at anytime. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd makes no representation and excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, quality, timeliness, performance of any services available on our web site. Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site or for any services purchased via the Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd service. Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd will attempt to place all requests for taxis and executive vehicles with an approved service partner. However, Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd does not guarantee to successfully place every request. In the event that a booking for a specific vehicle type (Taxi or executive vehicle) is not accepted by one of our approved service partners, Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd may offer the booking to an alternative vehicle supplier. The choice of supplier will be made according to our minimum service expectations which are intended to ensure a good quality of service to the passenger. Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd will pass only the essential booking information of the passenger in order to execute the booking request effectively. By a booking being placed for a taxi or executive car service you consent to Metro Taxis Trafford Ltd passing on such limited details.
Principal Pricing Structure
Prices are automatically calculated via our online Quick Quote facility and are based on Journey distance, journey time and number of passengers.
We guarantee not to charge any additional fees for waiting time in the event of your flight being delayed, in all other cases waiting time is charged at £18.00 per hour.
- From the agreed pick up point to the agreed destination.
- From the agreed pick up time. (The passenger must ensure to leave adequate time to reach the destination and in the case of airports to accommodate check-in time and possible traffic delays).
- The number of passengers specified.
- Meet and greet service when the pick up point is an airport.
- Return journey if stated.
- Luggage as stated on the booking form.
Prices do not include:
- Waiting time, with the exception of flight delays.
- Detours from the confirmed journey.
- Additional passengers.
- Excess and oversize luggage.
- Fouling of vehicles.
- Parking costs, with the exception of our airport meet and greet service.
- Any other road toll charges.
- Tips for the driver.
